Xiyuan Tang
Dr. Tang is currently an assistant professor at Peking University. Xiyuan received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) from the School of Microelectronics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2012, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX, USA, in 2014 and 2019 respectively. From 2014 to 2017, he was a Design Engineer with Silicon Laboratories, Austin, TX, where he worked on the RF receiver design. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Texas at Austin from 2019 to 2021.
Dr. Tang serves on the Technical Program Committees (TPC) of ISSCC. He also serves as an associate editor for IEEE Solid-State Circuits Letters. He was a recipient of IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society Rising Stars in 2020, Best Paper Award at Silicon Labs Tech Symposium in 2016, National Scholarship in 2011, and Shanghai Scholarship in 2010.

Haoyang Luo
Haoyang Luo received the B.S. degree from the School of Information and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2021. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the school of integrated circuits, Peking University, Beijing. His research interests include computing-in-memory, computing architecture, and hardware security.
Haikang Diao
Haikang Diao received the B.Eng. degree in electronic engineering from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2019 and the M.S. degree in circuits and systems from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2022. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the school of integrated circuits, Peking University, Beijing, China. His research interests include computing-in-memory, model compression, and acceleration.
Zongnan Wang
Zongnan Wang received the B.S. degree from the school of microelectronic science and engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2022. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University, Beijing, China. His research interests include analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
Jingpeng Wang
Jingpeng Wang earned the B.S. degree from the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science at Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2023. Currently, he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University.
His research focuses on analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. In this field, he is dedicated to addressing complex challenges and discovering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what’s achievable.

Zichen Kong
Co-advised with Prof. Yuan Wang
Zichen Kong received the B.S. degree from the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science at Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2023. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University, Beijing, China. His research interests include CMOS image sensors and analog IC design automation.
Jiachang Yang
Jiachang Yang received the B.S. degree from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2023. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University, Beijing, China. His research interests include analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
Bingrui Li
Bingrui Li received the B.S. degree from Yuanpei College at Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2024. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University, Beijing, China. His research interests include sensor interfaces, analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
He was a recipient of Shu Qi Scholarship in 2023, Fen Jiu Scholarship in 2022, the Third Prize of Peking University Scholarship in 2021.
Liang Liu
Liang Liu received the B.S. degree from the School of Microelectronics, Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2024. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University, Beijing, China. His research interests include analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
